The 20-year-old joins after experience at the highest level, along with time spent with Stoke City in the third-tier.

Additionally, Round has also represented England at youth level, and comes with big “ambitions” of helping the Baggies achieve their goals in 2026/27.

Milly Round is excited for a "new environment"

She said: “I’m so excited and I just can’t wait to get started. It’s always nice to get a feel for it and see how I’d feel in the new environment.

“The girls have made me feel really welcome from day one, the quality of football was great and I feel I can progress in this environment as well. It’s really excited, I’ve spoken to the coaches and the ambition of the club is something I couldn’t miss and I felt I needed to be part of that - it’s something excited.

“It’s looking really promising. I’ve had some great experiences in my time, playing with some of the best players in the world is better than I could dream of. I feel I’ve been able to progress nicely but I’m just ready to get started now.

“The drive of the staff has been big for me. I want to be somewhere with ambition, from the first conversations, I feel we can hit the ground running and really progress - it’s something I look forward to getting better with everyday.

“Getting those regular senior minutes is something I’ve wanted for a while now. I just want to show everyone what I can do and how I can contribute with everything.

“I’m excited to get going again, especially with this group of girls. It’s a great support system and I’m ready now.”
