Lucy Jones has signed for Albion Women on a dual registration with her current club Birmingham City.
The 18-year-old goalkeeper is Siobhan Hodgetts’ second signing as Head Coach after the arrival of Olivia Rabjohn on Wednesday.
Jones joins having enjoyed a successful season at Blues last year, where she gained valuable experience in more than 30 matchday squads and made her senior debut in the second tier of women’s football.
Albion’s new recruit also earned special international recognition towards the end of the 2022/23 campaign, winning two caps for England U18s.
“We’re really looking forward to working with Lucy this season,” said Hodgetts.
“She had a great campaign last year, gaining valuable experience at Birmingham and the young Lionesses.
“This will be a good place for her to continue developing and we’re delighted to have her with us.”
