Check out some of the pre-match stats ahead of Albion's trip to Wrexham in the Sky Bet Championship on Tuesday night (ko 7.45pm)...

HEAD-TO-HEAD

Albion and Wrexham will be meeting for just the fourth time in a competitive fixture in midweek. Both teams have won one of the three previous encounters, with the other ending level.

The two fixtures between the two clubs last season produced nine goals. Albion won 3-2 at Wrexham in August 2025, with the return contest back at The Hawthorns in April 2026 ending 2-2.

Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson will be coming up against the Baggies for the seventh time in his managerial career on Tuesday. He's won two, drawn one and lost three of his previous six clashes with the Albion.

James Morrison will be going into battle with Wrexham for the second time in his managerial career. Watford are the only other team Morrison has faced more than once as a boss.

Both teams have scored 10 league goals so far this season from their opening nine league games.

WREXHAM

Wrexham have scored in 13 straight home matches. The last time they failed to register a goal in front of their own supporters was back in early February when they lost 2-0 to Millwall. Tuesday's hosts have scored in 37 of their last 38 encounters in all competitions at The Racecourse Ground.

The Red Dragons have lost just one of their last six home matches in all competitions - a 2-1 setback against Birmingham City in late August. They've won two and drawn three of the other five, beating Southampton 2-1 in their most recent fixture on home soil before the international break.

Having beaten Southampton 2-1 in the last match at The Racecourse Ground, Phil Parkinson's team have the opportunity to record consecutive home wins for the first time since a run of three in February 2026.

Wrexham have hit the woodwork six times so far this season - the joint-most in the division.

WEST BROMWICH ALBION

None of Albion's last eight away games in all competitions have ended level (W4, L4). The last time the Baggies drew a match on their travels was back in April when a trip to Blackburn Rovers in the Championship ended goalless.

James Morrison's side have hit the back of the net in 11 of their last 13 encounters on their travels across all league and cup fixtures.

Only QPR (8) and Swansea City (7) have conceded fewer goals than the Baggies (9) so far this season. However, Albion have now gone three games without a clean sheet since claiming one at Derby County on September 9 (1-0 win).

Both teams have scored in just one of Albion's last five fixtures - a 1-1 draw with QPR at The Hawthorns in September.
