Jovan Malcolm will spend the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Sky Bet League One side Cheltenham Town.
The young striker has made four senior Albion appearances - scoring his first Baggies goal against Chesterfield in January – and previously spent time with Accrington Stanley and Solihull Moors.
