How to Upgrade Your Season Ticket Online

Season ticket holders can upgrade their ticket online on a match-by-match basis. 

If you would like to upgrade your ticket for the whole season, please contact the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227 or email tickets@wbafc.co.uk. 

To upgrade your ticket online: 

1. Visit tickets.wba.co.uk. 
2. Click on “Account” and log in. 
3. Select “Upgrade”. 
4. Choose the fixture you wish to upgrade. 
5. Click “Change Ticket”. 
6. Select “Change Tariff”. 
7. From the drop-down menu, select the new tariff you wish to upgrade to. 
8. Click “Add Exchange to Cart”. 
9. On the next screen, click “Exchange Now”. 
10. Proceed to payment to complete your upgrade. 

Your ticket will then be upgraded for the selected fixture.
