Four West Bromwich Albion youngsters featured across four different divisions for their respective loan clubs over the weekend.
Midfielder Cole Deeming played the final nine minutes of Cheltenham Town’s 1-0 home triumph over Newport County in Sky Bet League Two.
The Albion man replaced Ryan Broom just moments before George Miller scored the winning goal for the Robins.
Deeming’s team, who have now won three in-a-row, are 17th in the standings with three fixtures left.
Three academy graduates were in non-league action. Striker Dan Chimeziri helped Rushall Olympic claim a 1-0 triumph over Morpeth Town, completing 78 minutes before being replaced by Luke Enright.
It was a victory which secured step-three safety for the Pics, with Anthony Dwyer scoring the only goal of the Northern Premier League Premier division contest in the middle of the second 45.
Chimeziri’s outfit, who have won three successive matches, are 15th in the table and play their final game next weekend knowing relegation is impossible.

Defenders Jamal Mohammed and Evan Humphries both played the entirety of their matches.
Mohammed’s Gloucester City were beaten 2-1 at Yate Town in the Southern League Premier South division. The visitors went 1-0 up early on courtesy of James Waite’s effort, but the hosts equalised before the break through Marlon Jackson. The encounter looked to be heading for a draw, but Yate won it with virtually the last kick when Joe Guest scored.
Gloucester are third in the table and have one more regular game to play before heading into the play-offs.
Humphries’ Oxford City were also beaten 2-1 on Saturday, losing at home to Chester City in the Enterprise National League North.
Two strikes in the middle of the opening period from Finley Shrimpton and Tom Davies gave the visitors a 2-0 advantage at the break. Matt Taylor pulled one back after the interval, but City couldn’t find a leveller.
The defeat means their fight for survival could go down to the wire, with Evan’s team travelling to Darlington on the final day. Oxford will be safe, however, if Hereford fail to beat Marine on Tuesday night.
Duo Joe Wildsmith and Akeel Higgins were both unused substitutes over the weekend. Wildsmith’s Middlesbrough drew 2-2 at Ipswich Town in the second tier, with Higgins’ Exeter City drawing 3-3 at home to Stockport County in the third tier.
