The month kicks off on Easter Monday (April 1) with a clash against Watford at The Hawthorns (ko 3pm).
Albion's first away fixture sees them face Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium on Saturday, April 6 (ko 3pm).
The Baggies return to The Hawthorns for a meeting with bottom side Rotherham United on Wednesday, April 10 (ko 8pm), before welcoming Sunderland to the same venue three days later on Saturday, April 13 (ko 3pm).
