As a Matchday Package Lead Coach, you will oversee the deliver on the Football Development Matchday Package Programme, supporting with the delivery of all flagbearer, mascot and ball-retriever experiences.

The Football Development – Match Day Package Lead Coach will: 

  • Be required to oversee all of the logistics and staffing for the match day packages being delivered. All packages could vary from schools, international groups, grassroots teams to current participants on our other Football Development Pathway.  
  • Support the delivery of our WBA One offer in line Albion Foundation's high-quality standards and framework. 
  • Have excellent communication with parents, players, carers and key partners across the Football Development projects that we run. 
  • Be able deliver high quality coaching sessions in line with the Football Development OKR’s set. 
  • Contribute to ensuring all provision is delivered in a safe environment and all safeguarding and first aid regulations are adhered by reporting issues to the session lead. All safety plans that are necessary are pre-planned. 
  • Assist the completion of the necessary monitoring requirements including attendance registers and participant. 
  • Understand Albion Foundation projects and encourage additional participation.
