Supporters’ guide to Diversity Day

Here’s everything you need to know as Albion prepare to host their annual Diversity Day against Birmingham City at the Hawthorns on Friday night (ko 8pm).

Tickets

Tickets remain on sale for the local derby to fans with a purchasing history. If you would like to join us prices start from £20 adults, £15 Seniors, under-23s and Students, £10 under-18s and £5 for under-11s. Supporters can purchase seats from the East Stand Ticket Office, by calling 0121 227 2227, or online.  

To purchase online fans must log in to their account.

Timetable

Albion will celebrate its diversity throughout the evening with a range of events before, during and after the match against Blues. The Fanzone is closed for this evening fixture but there will be plenty to keep you entertained if you wish to arrive at The Hawthorns early, with turnstiles opening at 6.30pm. 

World-famous dhol drummer ‘King G’ will entertain the Hawthorns hordes before kick-off with videos promoting the dynamic work of The Albion Foundation featuring on the big screens. BBC Radio 2’s Richie Anderson will compere proceedings, including a half-time challenge featuring England blind footballer Darren Harris.

Club Shop

We’ve reduced all remaining replica kit so fans can now pick up a replica shirt for just £20, shorts are £15 for adults and £12 for juniors and socks just £5. All reduced items are available in store and online at www.wbashop.co.uk 

The Megastore at the Stadium is located in the East Stand, you’ll see it as you walk through the Astle Gates. The store will open at 9am, close for the match and open again for 30 minutes at full time. If you want to get your bargain replica shirt personalised there are kiosks on the East Stand car park, make sure you buy your shirt in store first.

Junior Team Announcer

Our junior team announcer for the match is Niamh Billings from our Under 10 girls team – good luck Niamh! She’ll be reading out the first announcement of the WBA team at around 7.20 pm.
