Match Hospitality Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

HOSPITALITY GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Details of how West Bromwich Albion Football Club (“WBAFC”, “the Club”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses and protects your personal data, as well as your rights in respect of it, are set out in our Customer Privacy Notice at https://www.wba.co.uk/club/club-policies/customer-privacy-notice and our Privacy Policy at https://www.wba.co.uk/privacy-policy.

If you provide personal information about any other individual, you must ensure that they have been informed of and have been given access to these notices. You should only provide such information if you are authorised to do so.

1.           Gift Vouchers

1.1         West Bromwich Albion Football Club Hospitality Gift Vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) may be used solely to purchase matchday hospitality packages at The Hawthorns.

1.2         All hospitality bookings are subject to the WBAFC Match Hospitality Terms and Conditions (2025/2026 Season) available at https://www.wba.co.uk/hospitality/hospitality-terms-conditions/match-hospitality-terms-and-conditions-20252026-season.

2.           Voucher Denominations and Delivery

2.1         Gift Vouchers are issued in pound sterling (£) and available in denominations of £50, £100, £150, and £200. The value will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

2.2         No additional fees apply. Gift Vouchers are delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the purchaser. No physical vouchers will be issued.

3.           Redemption

3.1         Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any matchday hospitality package by contacting the Club’s hospitality team at hospitality@wbafc.co.uk or 0121 524 3455.

3.2         Each Gift Voucher contains a unique code that must be quoted at the time of redemption.

3.3         If the total cost of your booking:

(a)          is less than the Gift Voucher value, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Voucher for future hospitality purchases; or

(b)          exceeds the Gift Voucher value, you must pay the difference using an accepted payment method.

4.           Exclusions and Restrictions

4.1         Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against WBAFC matchday hospitality at The Hawthorns. They are not valid for any other products, services, or events.

4.2         All bookings are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal or operational restrictions.

4.3         Gift Vouchers and any unused balance cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash.

4.4         Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

4.5         Gift Vouchers purchased or obtained from any unauthorised third party will not be honoured.

4.6         Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotion unless expressly stated by the Club.

5.           Expiry

5.1         Gift Vouchers, including any unused balance, expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

5.2         Once expired, Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, or reinstated under any circumstances.

6.           Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

6.1         Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash.

6.2         The Club accepts no responsibility and will not reissue or refund Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or used without your authorisation.

7.           Fraud, Misuse, and Security

7.1         Gift Vouchers must not be used for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

7.2         The Club reserves the right to refuse redemption or cancel any Gift Voucher that is believed to have been obtained or used fraudulently, altered, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.3         The Club may investigate and report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

7.4         Anyone in possession of a Gift Voucher may use it for redemption. The Club is not obliged to verify the identity of the redeemer but reserves the right to request identification at its discretion.

8.           Liability

8.1         The Club accepts no liability for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of a Gift Voucher.

8.2         The Club’s total liability for any direct loss or damage arising from its negligence shall be limited to the face value of the Gift Voucher concerned.

8.3         The Club shall not be liable for any loss or theft of Gift Vouchers, or for unauthorised use.

9.           Data Protection

9.1         Personal data collected in connection with the purchase or use of a Gift Voucher will be processed in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy.

9.2         By purchasing a Gift Voucher, you consent to the Club using your data for the purpose of processing and managing your purchase and redemption.

10.         General

10.1      These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Club in relation to Gift Vouchers.

10.2      The Club reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel Gift Vouchers and associated balances where misuse, breach of these terms, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

10.3      The Club also reserves the right to take any further action it deems necessary in such circumstances.

11.         Amendments and Cancellation

11.1      The Club may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11.2      Amendments apply to Gift Vouchers purchased after the date of publication. Existing Gift Vouchers remain governed by the version in force at the date of purchase.

11.3      The Club may cancel a Gift Voucher if it reasonably believes it has been obtained or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12.         Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1      These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2      Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a Gift Voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
