Emerging Talent Centre (ETC)
The Albion Foundation Girls’ Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) is an FA-supported player development programme that aims to identify, support and inspire talented young female footballers within a local environment. As part of The FA’s national women’s talent pathway, the ETC offers structured, high-quality coaching that helps players develop the technical, tactical and personal skills required to progress towards professional academies and England age-group pathways.
Key features of the Girls’ ETC include:
- Age Groups: Designed for girls aged 9–13 who demonstrate potential and commitment.
- Expert Coaching: Sessions are delivered by UEFA-qualified coaches, ensuring a professional and progressive learning environment.
- Player-Centred Development: A holistic approach that supports physical development, injury prevention, wellbeing and personal growth alongside football ability.
- Fully Funded Programme: Supported by West Bromwich Albion, The FA and the Premier League, the ETC is free to access, removing financial barriers for families.
