Active Adults

We offer a range of free adult health and wellbeing programmes for residents across Sandwell. Eligibility and registration methods vary depending on the programme. Some activities are available through self-registration, while others require a referral from a healthcare professional or partner organisation. Certain programmes can be accessed through either route.

Please check the individual programme details for specific eligibility criteria and sign-up information.
