Supporters can view and manage their active WBA TV subscriptions here through their MyAlbion Single Sign-On account. The Club kindly request supporters to ensure they are logged into their MyAlbion Single Sign-On account with the same email their subscription is registered under.

How can I follow every game?

Supporters in the UK & Ireland can buy a seasonal pass which will include live Baggies-biased commentary of every home and away match.

My commentary / video feed isn't working

Please check the following

  • Are you logged in to the My Albion account that you used to purchase your WBA TV Matchday package?
  • Is your internet connection working and stable?
  • Check the below to confirm that your hardware and software is compatible

Please note: Due to EFL regulations, Chromecast, Apple TV or other hardware (such as Android Boxes and games consoles) are not supported for live streaming.

We cannot guarantee that live video streaming or live audio commentary will work effectively on any other combinations and advise you to check your set-up meets the below criteria. For use of WBA TV your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements

Desktop

Processor: 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks;

Memory: 2GB (1GB for netbooks) 128MB of graphics memory.

Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+

Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, Safari; 512MB of RAM (1GB of RAM recommended for netbooks)

Mobile Devices

Please note that, in line with EFL regulations, supporters must use the official West Bromwich Albion app to watch live match streams. It’s free to download from the Apple and Android App Stores.

When will I know if a game is available to stream live?

We will announce details of available live match streams here on wba.co.uk and we'll also contact supporters who are opted in to receive our emails.

I can't log in, what can I do?

Please check that you have created and activated your My Albion Single Sign On account. Click here for instructions.

If you have set up your account

  • Check that your browser hasn't auto-populated your email address and added a space at the end
  • Click Forgotten password to receive an email to reset your password

Can I share my pass with a friend or relative?

No, when purchasing a WBA TV Matchday package it can only be accessed on one device at a time so you will not be able to share your log in details with another supporter to watch or listen live.
