How To Purchase Tickets on The Albion Ticket Exchange

Once the club has made seats available to purchase from the Ticket Exchange, please follow the below steps to buy a ticket.

  1. Login to your ticketing account
  2. Click on “Ticket Exchange” 
  3. Select available seats
  4. Purchase your tickets

Buyer FAQs

When will the Ticket Exchange service be available for a fixture?

Tickets will be available once the club opens the Ticket Exchange for a specific match, typically after the majority of GA tickets have been sold.

How many tickets can I buy?

Purchase limitations will be the same as those set for the particular game.

Will away fans be able to purchase my listed ticket?

No, Tickets bought via the resell platform will be sold via the club ticketing website and there will be relevant controls in place to stop this from happening.

How much will a resale ticket cost?

Resale tickets will be charged at the full match day adult price:

  • £30 for Birmingham Road, Smethwick End and East Stand Lower
  • £32 for East Upper and West Stands

Will I be charged a fee on resale ticket purchases?

Yes, a £1 service fee will be charged per transaction.

How will I receive the ticket following my purchase?

Tickets will be sent via the WBA “Tickets on the Go” app. You will receive an acknowledgement email with details on how to download the app if you haven't already.
