New signing Freya Sherwood will spend the 2026/27 season on loan at tier four Sporting Khalsa.

The youngster joined the club in September after featuring across pre-season for Charlie Fripp's side during a trial period.

She impressed the new Interim Head Coach after previous spells at Bristol City, Lewes and Reading - all within those respective clubs' academy set-ups.

And after joining Khalsa temporarily for the new season, Sherwood will hope to stake a claim for a regular first-team place next term.
