Lucy Day made the temporary switch across the Midlands from Women’s Championship side Birmingham City.

The young defender, who has been involved in the England Under-17s set-up, played a key role in the Blues’ PGA Cup triumph earlier this year.

Calm and composed with the ball at her feet, Day scored on her debut against Sporting Khalsa back in November – the centre-half’s first senior appearance – and she’ll be looking for further glory in navy-blue-and-white throughout her dual-registration spell in 2025/26.
