Centre-back Izzy Green has made her mark on the first team since stepping up from the academy just over four years ago.

Izzy impressed former head coach Jenny Sugarman with her performances for the development team and was soon given the first-team nod in her league debut against Wolves in August 2021.

Comfortable on the ball, and a physical presence in the back-line, Green scored her first Baggies goal against Stourbridge at the beginning of the 2023/24 term.

Injury struggles have since hampered the centre-half from cementing a permanent spot in Siobhan Hodgetts-Still’s XI. But rest assured, when fit and firing, Green plays a key role in any Baggies successes.
