Cheltenham-born Theo benefitted from one of the club's development centres to reach the scholarship phase with Albion.

Hailing from Leckhampton, Gloucestershire, Jackson - who can play left-back or centre-half - kicked off his education in the game at local outfit, Bishops Cleeve, but an opportunity at one of Albion's development centres in Gloucester presented the chance for the youngster to push for his footballing dreams.

Catching the eye was something an eight-year-old Theo did during six months under the club's youth-team staff, which earned him a trial in the Black Country and, later, a signature which started the defender's relationship with the Baggies.

Just less than a decade later, the left-footed defender started an exciting new chapter by signing scholarship terms in July 2025 and although a hamstring injury has hampered Jackson's first term on the programme, he will be hoping the 2026/27 season can be pivotal in his future at the club.
