Bio
Like other youngsters before him, Francis-Caesar joined the Baggies from a London academy.
Born in Mitcham, South London, Jaiden found his feet in the game at Mitcham Park FC playing Sunday League football.
A striker with a lightning turn of pace, AFC Kingston was the next team 'JFC' played for prior to the XYZ Football Academy helping the forward showcase his ability against other youth opposition, which resulted in him earning a trial with the Baggies in 2024.
Francis-Caesar completed a successful examination in Albion's U18s to earn a two-year scholarship deal until 2026.
Jaiden appeared in the U18 Premier League South division over the 24/25 season and enjoyed more involvement during the 25/26 campaign, in addition to contributing for the U21s.
Featuring under Leigh Downing again in the PL2 team, Francis-Caesar scored some memorable goals against European opposition in the Premier League International Cup - notably against German side Borussia Monchengladbach and Spanish outfit, Valencia.
The attacker will hope his hard work in both age groups stands him in good stead for the future, as he looks to break into the professional game.
