Versatile forward Marli Rhodes was Siobhan Hodgetts-Still’s maiden signing of 2024/25.

Marli broke through into the Derby County first team having joined from Alfreton Town at the age of eight, and made her senior debut aged just 16 in a 1-1 draw against Loughborough Lightning.

After scoring in another 1-1 draw with Brighouse Town, Rhodes-Andrews actually bagged against the Albion.

Marli joined with 54 appearances under her belt for the Rams. She netted on her first Hawthorns outing as a Baggie in the following September - the 4-0 win over Sporting Khalsa.

Rhodes, a natural from a dead ball situation, will aim to score further strikes for the Albion in 2025/26.
