Dan began a new chapter of his life by moving from the capital to The Hawthorns in June 2023. 

A striker, who's been deployed as an attacker on either side of the field during his early career with the Baggies, Chimeziri began his maiden term as a scholar in good goalscoring form, grabbing a couple of goals and assists in navy-blue-and-white. 

The forward spent much of his early footballing education at Queens Park Rangers and it looks set to be an important spell with the Baggies for Dan after moving from home, as the "powerful, athletic centre forward" - in the words of 18s boss Leigh Downing - targets a clinical stint in Albion's academy ranks.
