West Bromwich Albion Football Club are currently recruiting casual matchday staff to assist in our retail outlets at the Hawthorns Stadium and Megastore.
There are five positions available for this role.
You will be required to be available to work all matchdays at The Hawthorns, which will include evenings, bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays during the 2021/22 football season.
The position is customer facing and customer service skills are key to being successful in this role. The role will also include other duties such as till work, displaying and maintaining stock, presentation standards by keeping the shop looking clean and tidy.
Applicants should have some experience in retail and good customer care skills.
The role will be from between four and eight hours per match, you will be based at the Stadium Megastore at The Hawthorns and/or one of our matchday retail outlets and will need to meet national minimum wage expectations. Extra hours may become available during peak times.
You must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
