Albion Women have signed forward Leanne Robinson as they continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the summer.
Leanne returns to the Baggies after coming through the Regional Talent Club (RTC) before having spells at Wolves and then Stoke City.
“It’s really good to be back,” said Leanne. “There’s a lot of talent in this group. I’m excited to start playing with them and hopefully score some goals for the team!”
Boss Louis Sowe is also pleased to have the attacker back at Albion, citing her previous experience with the club, and at this level of football, as key reasons to why he wanted her signed up.
"Having come through our RTC, Leanne knows the club well and she is familiar with a lot of the girls already," added the manager.
“She is a great hold-up player and is experienced at this level. She also offers us something different to our attack and I think she will be a great addition to our team.”
