Albion can confirm Professional Development Phase Manager Richard Beale has left The Hawthorns to pursue an opportunity at another club.
Beale arrived at the Baggies in July 2021 and has led the Under-21s for the last four seasons.
He memorably guided the youngsters to their Premier League Cup triumph - beating Wolves on penalties in the final - during his maiden campaign.
The club wishes Richard and his family all the very best for the future.
