Play-off Semi-Final First Leg Tickets on Sale

Tickets for Albion’s Play-Off semi-final first leg against Southampton are now on sale to home season ticket holders, members and supporters with 15 or more loyalty points. 

Home season ticket holders can also buy one extra ticket.

Carlos Corberán's men host the Saints at The Hawthorns on Sunday, May 12 (ko 2.15pm).

Seats are available at the usual matchday prices of £28 adults, £23 seniors, £17 for supporters aged 20-25, £12 for supporters aged 17-19 and just £5 for under-17s.

Tickets will be available to purchase online or by phone only. Season ticket purchases will be uploaded to existing stile cards, the WBA TicketsOnTheGo app or, alternatively, supporters can opt to print at home. Please note, an online “waiting room” will be implemented to queue supporters purchasing seats from the ticketing website. 

Season Ticket Holders 

Season ticket holders will be able to purchase their usual seat until 10pm on Monday, May 6 – after which their reserved tickets will be released.

Supporters can link friends and family to their ticketing account, allowing a lead booker to purchase tickets on behalf of other season ticket holders.

Fans with Loyalty Points 

Subject to availability, supporters with 15 or more loyalty points will be able to purchase tickets from 10am on Wednesday, May 8. Season ticket holders will also be able to purchase an additional ticket on Wednesday, May 8, subject to availability. 

In the unlikely event tickets remain available, supporters with a purchase history will be able to buy tickets from 10am on Thursday, May 9.

How do I obtain my tickets?

Members or supporters with loyalty points can receive their tickets on the WBA TicketsOnTheGo app or download a print at home ticket.

How do I register other season ticket holders as my friends and family?

Once logged in go to the community section under your account and then click on Friends and Family. You will need to add their customer number and surname.

How do I purchase reserved seats for my registered friends and family?

You will find reserved seats for your registered friends and family by clicking ‘RESERVED TICKETS’ once logged in to your ticketing account. Click below to access your reserved ticket(s):

Will my ticket be loaded to my stile card by default?

No, you will need to choose your ticket delivery method at checkout.

I need to change the category of my season ticket(s) to an adult, how do I do this?

Season ticket holders cannot change the category of their seat online. You must contact the ticket office by phone (0121 227 2227) or email tickets@wbafc.co.uk to upgrade a ticket to the correct category.

I have a disabled season ticket, how do I secure a ticket for my personal carer?

Tickets for personal carers, who are registered as your friends and family, can be found by clicking ‘RESERVED TICKETS’ once logged in to your ticketing account. Click below, to access your reserved ticket(s):

How do I know if I am a member?

Please note 'Member', refers to a supporter with a ticketing membership rather than a B71 Club Junior Baggies membership.

Memberships are currently unavailable. 2024/25 season memberships will go on sale this summer.  

How can I check my loyalty points balance?

Loyalty points are issued over two seasons and supporters are allocated 5 points per league home or away match, 10 points per cup match,1000 points per season ticket and 500 per season ticket renewal.

How many tickets can each person purchase?

Each person may purchase one ticket.

How do I register to purchase tickets online?

When do tickets appear in the WBA Tickets On The Go mobile app?

Tickets will appear shortly following your purchase and the barcode will become valid on the morning of the game.

I have a ‘My Albion account’ but I have never used the app before, do I select login or create account?

If this is the first time of using the app you must create a new account. It is essential that you use the same email as that of your ticketing account.

Can I have multiple tickets per smartphone?

Yes, you can have multiple tickets on one smartphone, you can either scan your friends into the stadium or send them a ticket via the app to download onto their phone.
