Latest Albion Women addition Phoebe Hollin says there’s a clear “dedication” to achieve their goals in 2026/27.
The new forward joins from Halifax Women, where she was top goalscorer in her final campaign with the Eagles, and also has experience in America and at Manchester United, whom she is an academy product of.
Hollin becomes the Baggies’ 10th addition ahead of the upcoming season amidst a summer of change at The Hawthorns.
But with days to go before the campaign opener against Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium - Hollin is ready to “get stuck in and get the season going.”
She said: “I’m buzzing, I’m so excited to be here finally. I feel I’ve waited ages and I can’t wait to get going with the girls now.
“I had a great conversation with Siobhan Hodgetts-Still and it made it clear this is where I’d like to be this season. The plans look really positive and to be towards the top of the league.
“I think going to America taught me a lot about the athletic side of the game, then at Halifax I learned about the physical side of the game. I’m excited to kick on and get going this season.
“Anyone can beat anyone in this league but I like how competitive it is, and I like the sound of being at the top of the division this year.
“The girls are brilliant, they’ve been so good with me. I’ve not stopped smiling since I’ve been here and there’s a great vibe around the place, even still, the standard at training has been top and the dedication the staff have for the game is really exciting.
“I just want to get started now, get stuck in and get the season going now.”
