Jimmy-Jay Morgan has penned a four-year deal after signing for the Albion from Chelsea.
The striker, who can also operate as a number 10, scored 12 goals in Sky Bet League One for Peterborough United last term on loan, is the Baggies’ second signing of the summer window.
