Foundation Day 23/24 set for Plymouth Argyle fixture

Foundation Day graphic

Albion's fixture with Plymouth Argyle on Saturday, October 21 will be this campaign's dedicated Foundation Day.

This season's message is 'Be Part of our Family' and 'Fundraise for the Foundation', with the aim to showcase the variety of programmes The Albion Foundation deliver to tackle a broad range of issues that our community faces.

The Foundation is here for everyone, and they wouldn't be able to deliver over 20,000 sessions each year without your fantastic support. Your donations and fundraising help the club's official charity partner reach and support thousands of people in Sandwell every year and are vital to the work we achieve in the community.

Fundraise for the Foundation

This year, we've got lots of new ways to fundraise in a way that won’t cost you a penny, and a new programme of fundraising challenges to push yourself! We hope that you’ll help us to Fundraise for the Foundation by joining us on a challenge, or maybe starting your own (click here for some ideas), by setting up a Give as You Live account and doing a bit of online shopping or setting up a Facebook Fundraiser and asking your social network to support our great cause.

Once again, we’re asking fans to ‘Bring a Pound to the Ground’ on Saturday, October 21 - keep an eye out for more details on Foundation Day activities to be announced soon.

How your support helps our community

Your ongoing support of our work is invaluable to us and our local community. As well as the holiday camps, weekly sessions, disability sessions and football development programmes you have seen us deliver over the years, we now have a much broader remit to support even more people with the challenges that they face.
