The Football Association has issued the following statement in response to an alleged incident at the conclusion of the 0-0 draw with Millwall on Saturday:
West Bromwich Albion FC’s Michael Hefele has been charged following their EFL Championship game against Millwall FC on Saturday 1 April.
It is alleged that the assistant coach’s language and behaviour in the tunnel afterwards was improper and/or insulting.
Michael Hefele has until Wednesday 12 April to provide a response.
