Albion’s brand new Fan Zone will be open for the very first time on Saturday ahead of the club’s Sky Bet Championship clash with Hull City (ko 3pm).

The Fan Zone, which runs in conjunction with club partner Rapid Retail, is located on the Greggs car park and will be open to Baggies and Hull fans with either a season ticket or a match ticket from midday.

There will be exciting entertainment on offer for all ages, including a giant screen to watch Hibernian against Rangers in the SPFL, a radio DJ, two live acts on stage supported by Gorgeous Radio and activities provided by the Albion Foundation aimed at keeping younger Baggies busy.

If supporters would like to get involved and have their music act featured on the stage please get in touch via marketing@wbafc.co.uk.

Keep an eye out for Baggie Bird who’ll also be boinging around the Fan Zone, so be sure to grab a quick selfie when you see our mascot on Saturday.

Former Albion midfielder and now WBA Radio co-commentator Andy Johnson will be on site to talk everyone through some of his stories from his playing days.

There will be bars serving alcohol, soft drinks and food, with an official Albion merchandise stall also open for supporters wishing to add to their collection of Baggies memorabilia.

Burger Boi will have a spot in the Fan Zone moving forward following the Hull game, however, supporters can still get their burgers from behind the Smethwick End and on the East Stand on Saturday afternoon.

The Fan Zone will be open for all weekend home fixtures throughout the 2022/23 campaign.
