West Bromwich Albion make the short trip across the Midlands to Pride Park for a Sky Bet Championship encounter with Derby County on Friday night (ko 8pm).
The Baggies are in need of a positive result having lost four league games on the bounce.
Hosts Derby head into the contest inside the top half and chasing a play-off spot. They're back on home soil having won consecutive away games at Preston North End and Charlton Athletic.
The encounter will be the third between the two teams in 2025/26. The Rams earned a penalty shootout triumph at The Hawthorns in August following a 1-1 draw in 90 minutes, before going on to secure a 1-0 win in the reverse second-tier showdown just a month later courtesy of Andi Weimann's late effort.

The opposition
Derby County are having an impressive campaign and go into the final 18 games of the 2025/26 season with a play-off spot very much in sight.
The Rams, who have amassed 41 points from their 28 Sky Bet Championship encounters, are one of several teams fighting for a top-six position come early May.
They head into Friday's fixture on the back of consecutive wins on the road at Preston North End (1-0) and, most recently, Charlton Athletic (2-1).
Derby have secured three victories in their last four league matches, but have found home triumphs harder to come by than they would've hoped in recent months, winning just one of their last seven in all competitions.
Their overall record at Pride Park this term reads four wins, five draws and five defeats. Boss John Eustace, who is approaching his one-year anniversary in charge, will be keen for his side to earn victories on a more frequent basis - something the 46-year-old will know could be a huge boost to their play-off hopes.
The former Kidderminster Harriers, Birmingham City and Blackburn Rovers gaffer has won 17, drawn 12 and lost 16 of his 45 battles in charge.
Memorable meeting
Dutch midfielder Richard Sneekes hit a sublime strike into the corner of the net from distance for the Baggies in a League Cup clash at Pride Park in September 2000.
It proved to be the game's winning goal as the Albion secured a 2-1 triumph over the Rams.
Deon Burton, who now works for West Bromwich Albion's academy, opened the scoring for the hosts, but efforts from Neil Clement and Sneekes meant it was the visitors celebrating a victory.
Check out the goal below.
Albion's recent record at Pride Park
Derby County 2-1 Albion, December 2024
The Rams were narrow winners in the East Midlands last season. Jerry Yates' strike meant the hosts went in 1-0 up at the break. Mason Holgate then scored an own goal in the middle of the second period. Grady Diangana nodded in at the back post in the final 10 minutes, but it proved to be nothing more than a consolation.
Derby County 1-0 Albion, August 2022
The Baggies exited the Carabao Cup at the hands of Derby County at the start of the 2022/23 term. Louie Sibley's strike just 15 minutes into the contest was enough to knock Steve Bruce's team out of the competition.
Derby County 1-0 Albion, December 2021
Valerien Ismael's Baggies were defeated 1-0 at Derby two days after Christmas in 2021. Colin Kazim-Richards scored the only goal that day, capitalising on a defensive mistake and slotting into the net from outside the box.
Pre-match stats
Albion will be hoping to halt a run of seven games without a win against Derby. The last time the Baggies beat the Rams was a 2-0 triumph at The Hawthorns in July 2020.
Derby County have won back-to-back games. The last time they won three straight matches was during a run of five consecutive victories between October and November in 2025.
Both teams have scored in just three of the last eight head-to-head meetings between the Baggies and Derby.
Derby boss John Eustace will be taking charge of his eighth game against West Bromwich Albion. He's won six and drawn one of his previous seven contests with the Baggies.
Colours for the road
The Baggies will wear their green and yellow away kit in the East Midlands.
Albion also donned those particular colours in their last three away games.
