West Bromwich Albion Football Club can confirm Chief Executive Officer Ron Gourlay will depart his role at The Hawthorns this summer.
Gourlay will remain in post until Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at which time he will be on gardening leave, having already served part of his notice period.
His resignation, which was submitted in March 2023, has remained confidential until now in the best interests of the football club, providing stability as Albion navigated the end of the Sky Bet Championship season.
The club would like to place on record its thanks to Ron for his tireless commitment and professionalism during his time at The Hawthorns and wishes him well in the future.
Albion will issue a further statement on the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer in due course.
