Albion Women’s 2025/26 award winners were announced at the end-of-season awards night at The Hawthorns on Monday night.
There were five Women’s trophies up for grabs on Monday, including: Young Player of the Season, sponsored by Mascot Workwear, Players’ Player of the Season, sponsored by Suits Me, Top Goalscorer Award, sponsored by BarberBoss, Goal of the Season, sponsored by BarberBoss, and Supporters’ Player of the Season, sponsored by Suits Me.
Here’s who took home the five awards…
Young Player of the Season, sponsored by Mascot Workwear - Ella Haughey
Ella Haughey has been crowned the Albion Women 2025/26 Young Player of the Season.
A consistent performer within the Baggies’ ranks, full-back Haughey has made the left side of defence her own during 25/26.
She’s played 29 matches, the second most of any Albion player this season, and the Northern Ireland youth international has built upon positive performances during her first campaign with the club.
A tenacious tackler with smart feet, especially in tight spaces, Haughey scored her first of the season against Liverpool Feds, as she drilled a low effort into the bottom corner.
Still just 21-years-old, Ella has plenty of potential, and this award could prove the springboard for any future Albion accolades - congratulations, Ella!
Players’ Player of the Season, sponsored by Suits Me - Monique Robinson
Monique Robinson has won the Women's 2025/26 Players' Player of the Season award.
It’s always a huge honour to be voted for by your peers, and midfielder Monique Robinson is fully deserving of this award.
After joining just after the beginning of the league season, Monique has put in some spectacular showings across the campaign, scoring five goals and being quite the creative force along the way.
She dazzled the TNT Sports cameras when Everton came to town in January, and was also the centre of last-minute drama during Albion’s win over Halifax.

Top Goalscorer Award, sponsored by BarberBoss - Phoebe Warner
Phoebe Warner has won the Women's 2025/26 Top Goalscorer award.
A sparkling start to the season meant Warner made an early charge to the top of Albion’s goalscoring ranks.
She scored amidst the Baggies’ seven-game winning run, which overlapped with her scoring four in a row against Hull City, Derby County, Stoke City and Leafield Athletic.
Phoebe finished with seven goals in all competitions and ended the campaign as our top scorer - congratulations!
Goal of the Season, as voted for by supporters, sponsored by BarberBoss - Monique Robinson
Monique Robinson scooped her second award of the night with her delightful outside of the boot strike against Leeds United in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

Supporters’ Player of the Season, sponsored by Suits Me - Simran Jhamat
Versatile forward Simran Jhamat wins the fans’ vote for Supporters’ Player of the Season after really coming into form towards the final stages of the 2025/26 campaign.
This season, she scored three goals, including polishing off a memorable team move against Leafield Athletic in the FAWNL Cup group stage, a competition in which they went on to reach the semi-finals.
One of Jhamat’s most impressive performances came at The Hawthorns in a 6-0 victory over Sporting Khalsa, where she linked up play incredibly well - another important showing.
