Welcome back to ‘The Albion Girls’, our feature in which members of West Bromwich Albion Women’s squad reveal all about their team-mates!

Ella Haughey kicked things off in the opening episode, and her fellow defender Taylor Reynolds is next up to dish the dirt, as well as the compliments, on her peers.

Take it away, Taylor…

So, Taylor. First up. Please can you tell us who has the worst banter?

LJ (Lavarna Johnson). It’s not even a question. She thinks she’s hilarious and she’s really not.

Who is the best trainer in the squad?

Liv Rabjohn, without a doubt. She’s the skipper and she certainly leads by example. She’s always trying her best and she puts us all to shame really.

Who is the coolest in the team?

Can I say myself? I’d say myself, sorry. I am humble, but I think I’ve got a lot of aura about me.

Who is the biggest football lover in the squad?

Izzy Green. She’s a massive Baggies fan and she absolutely loves it. If we win, she cries. If we lose, she cries. She just loves the game.

Who is the tightest with money?

The younger girls in the squad. To be fair, they are young and I think I need to let them off because they are young and they don’t have jobs yet. Apart from that, I think I’m going to say Ellie May. Sorry, Ellie!

Which one player in the team would you love to go on holiday with and where would you go?

Ella Haughey. We’ve already had our fair share of holidays. We’ve been to Milan, but Barcelona is next. We just have a great time, she’s funny, we bounce off each other and we enjoy a lot of the same things.

Who is most likely to get lost in their home city?

I’d say Seren (Watkins). She looks lost most of the time to be honest, bless her. She just isn’t present. If we’re having a conversation, you can see her zoning out. I think she would be the one to not know where she was in her own city.

Who is most likely to get an embarrassing tattoo?

That would be me. I had an embarrassing one, but I did have it covered up this year because I am a new and improved woman.

If you could pick one player in the squad to take a pressure penalty in the last minute, who would you pick?

Zoe Creaney. She’s very calm and she’d just smash it. Even if it hits the keeper, the keeper would end up in the net with the ball. I’d put Zoe on it.

Which player is always on the receiving end of the jokes?

LJ (Lavarna Johnson). Everyone likes to laugh at LJ, rather than laugh with her. She takes it really well and she’s a brilliant person to have in the squad. She’s always up for a laugh and is always joking around and keeping people in a good mood. She talks really loudly even if you’re stood right next to her and she’ll come out with really weird sayings all the time. She’s very, very funny and she makes us all laugh.

Who is the quickest player?

Rhi (Rhianne Oakley). I think if we all had a race, she’d win. Nobody would want to race her.

Who is the best value for company on the coach to an away game?

I don’t know actually. Shev (Siobhan Hodgetts-Still) is actually quite funny on the way to and from away games. If I didn’t say Shev I would’ve said myself but I’ve said myself for a few answers already! Shev speaks to everyone, she’s funny and she gets us in the mood even more so for the match.

Who has the worst taste in music?

Rhi (Rhianne Oakley). She listens to so much French rap. She’ll stick on songs that absolutely nobody knows but her. As long as she’s vibing then that’s great, but we can’t vibe with her if that’s what she’s playing.

Who has the best stories about life or football?

Can I say two answers for this one please? I would say that I don’t really have many football stories, but I’d say my life is a bit entertaining. Ella’s (Haughey) life is also very entertaining. In terms of football, Charlotte Clarke. She’s been to a lot of different cities and countries with football. So, for clarity, football stories I’m saying Clarkey. Life stories, Ella and I take the win for that one, even if some of the girls say they’re not interested. They all want the gossip though.
