The Albion Foundation are delighted to announce that we've been presented with the HSBC UK Smart Money Award for 2023.
Following several workshops with HSBC UK at Foundation events, where participants have been educated on financial skills and employability, the HSBC UK Smart Money Award 2023 is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the relationship built between HSBC UK and The Albion Foundation.
The award has been given on the basis of The Albion Foundation completing five or more financial education sessions with HSBC UK in the preceding 12 months, with workshops held at Foundation SEND half-term camps and Premier League Primary Stars partner schools most recently.
Network Manager, Leena Patel and Deepa Patel from HSBC UK recently presented The Foundation with the award, alongside HSBC UK Local Director Chris Price, as part of a World Maths Day workshop at The Hawthorns.
We welcomed Premier League Primary Stars partner school St James Primary School to The Hawthorns in celebration of World Maths Day, delivering a workshop to Year 5 pupils in partnership with HSBC UK.
Pupils developed their understanding of the value of money, managing their finances and making sensible purchases as they progress through life, as well as experiencing an access all areas stadium tour.
