As a Football Development coach you will deliver on the Football Development pathway across a variety of programmes but in particular the Post 16. You will support the development of players and people in order to provide entry and exit routes in or out of the pathway, with a keen eye on ‘Growing our own’.
The Football Development Coach will:
- Deliver on Post 16/Football Camps and Evening Centres, Football Development projects and some of the WBA One offer in line Albion Foundation's high-quality standards and framework.
- Have excellent communication with parents, players, carers and key partners across the Football Development projects that we run.
- Be able develop a robust set of OKR’s in line with the football development manager, including fquality assurance, impact and ‘Grow our own’ targets.
- Contribute to ensuring all provision is delivered in a safe environment and all safeguarding and first aid regulations are adhered by reporting issues to the session lead. All safety plans that are necessary are pre-planned.
- Assist the completion of the necessary monitoring requirements including attendance registers and participant.
- Understand Albion Foundation projects and encourage additional participation.
- Attend performance reviews and training as requested.
- Maintain a commitment to CPD in line with Senior Management expectations.
