Semi Ajayi completed 90 minutes for Nigeria on Monday afternoon as the Super Eagles soared to a scintillating 10-0 win over São Tomé and Príncipe in AFCON qualifying.
Victor Osimhen scored four times and Terem Moffi bagged a brace, with Nigeria’s other goals coming from Ademola Lookman, Peter Etebo, Moses Simon and Emmanuel Dennis.
Monday’s triumph was the fourth and final international fixture of the summer for Ajayi, who didn’t miss a single minute of action across those matches.
Semi’s side sit top of the Group A standings having taken maximum points from their opening two qualifiers.
