Albion’s Academy is looking to appoint a Head of Education in a key new opportunity within a reshaped development team.
Academy Manager Richard Stevens says the successful new candidate will be challenged to “inspire and motivate” the young players coming under his wing as our Academy goes from strength to strength.
"There is a big emphasis at the club on the importance of holistic development with opportunities for players outside of football also a big factor in our programme,” says Richard.
"The candidate will form a part of a group of staff who must aim to inspire and motivate young players to want to achieve elite levels in all areas of life.
"With the club running Full time and Hybrid models in the 9-16 age groups and a signifiant education programme for the full time scholars this role is important to the club.
"The ability to balance outstanding education and elite football is important in the development of our young players.”
