Albion have been granted an allocation of just under 5,000 seats for the FA Cup fourth-round tie at West Ham United.
The game will be played at 3pm on Saturday, January 25 and tickets are priced £15 adults and £5 under-16s.
Tickets will go on sale to away season-ticket holders online, in person or by calling 0121 227 2227 from 9am on Tuesday, January 14.
Home season-ticket holders can purchase tickets from 9am on Wednesday, January 15, while members are able to buy from 9am on Friday, January 17.
Tickets will go on general sale, subject to availability, from 9am on Monday, January 20.
Albion Travel will be operating return coach travel to the London Stadium for just £19 with a 9.30am Hawthorns departure time. Coach tickets are available to purchase online, in person, or by calling 0121 227 2227 and can be purchased alongside a match ticket.
