Filip Krovinović is hoping to fulfil a childhood dream when Albion travel to face West Ham at the London Stadium this weekend.
Slaven Bilić’s side, who will be backed by just under 5,000 supporters, take on the Hammers in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday (ko 3pm).
And after being an unused substitute in the tie at Charlton earlier this month, Filip is looking to make his maiden appearance in football’s oldest cup competition - something he has dreamed of since he was a youngster.
“When I was a little boy I used to watch the FA Cup on the television,” he said.
“It was always a dream to play in it, and on Saturday I hope the dream becomes a reality.
“To potentially play my first FA Cup game against a big team in West Ham in a competition that is known all around the world is exciting.
“I think that it will be a very good game for us but it will be a difficult match because they are in the Premier League.
“It will be a good experience and I hope that we will get a victory and go through. We will give everything.”
