Jake takes centre stage in Sunday’s Albion News

Jake Livermore gives a fascinating insight into his summer of “reassessment” in the big interview for Albion News this Sunday.

Jake talks in detail about how he tackled the challenge of re-setting his game for another SkyBet Championship challenge after the disappointment of missing out on promotion last season.

“It was a realisation for me at that time about what I wanted to do going forward after the way the previous season had turned out,” says Jake, who is the latest Baggies star to get the cover treatment from Albion fan and animation-illustrator Liam Harris.

“If I wanted to have the season I wanted, both personally and from a club point of view, I needed to make some changes and I also looked around me and saw the younger lads coming in and thought I had to be a bigger voice. I thought it was time to set an example with a younger squad emerging.”

It’s a frank, must-read for all Albion fans heading for the Huddersfield game – as will be Sporting and Technical Director Luke Dowling’s survey of the summer of change that has re-charged the Baggies under Slaven Bilic.

With the latest updates from Slaven and club captain Chris Brunt, a picture special on the changing shape of Albion’s keepers and some important news from The Albion Foundation and Cyrille Regis Legacy Trust, the Albion News is the perfect companion in the countdown to kick off.

It will be available at all the regular outlets for £3.50.
