The defender, who hasn’t featured in a game since playing for Egypt against South Africa in the Africa Cup of Nations on the 6th of July, underwent surgery to rectify a long-standing ankle problem towards the end of the same month.
Kieran Gibbs has also resumed training having picked up a minor injury to his groin in the draw at Derby in August.
Welcome back, boys.
