Girls PDC trials

Trial spaces are now available to book for our Girls Player Development Centres for the upcoming season.

The Albion Foundation’s Player Development Centres aim to provide high-quality coaching through structured sessions, whilst maintaining a positive learning environment for all players.

Players will participate in coaching sessions that include unopposed and opposed technical work, game-related practices and application of skills in small-sided games.

The Centres will take place across two venues, George Salter Academy and the University of Worcester, St John’s Campus. You can book onto each trial below.

George Salter Academy – Monday, September 30.

University of Worcester – Wednesday, October 2.

Successful trialists will also have the opportunity to progress onto the Player Development Academies, accommodating the more elite players within the Centres.

The Academies are invite only and therefore won’t be available to book onto. They are a key link with the West Bromwich Albion Regional Talent Club, identifying elite talent and progressing them through the Club’s player pathway.

For the trials, players must bring a drink, shin pads, and appropriate footwear and clothing for a 3G pitch.

The full 30-week training programme will begin on Monday, October 14 at George Salter Academy, and Wednesday, October 16 at the University of Worcester.
