Sam Field completed 90 minutes for England’s U20 side on Wednesday afternoon.
The Albion man played in central midfield for the Young Lions who fell to a 3-1 defeat against Poland at St. George’s Park.
The visitors raced into a three-goal lead thanks to strikes from Jakub Moder, Patryk Klimala (pen) and Mikolaj Kwietniewski. Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah pulled one back late on for England.
