Albion will host Millwall in Round One of this season's Carabao Cup.
The Baggies will entertain their Sky Bet Championship rivals just a matter of days after hosting the Lions at The Hawthorns in their first home league fixture of the 2019/20 campaign.
The draw, conducted by John Barnes and Ray Parlour from a Morrisons supermarket branch near Wembley, was split into Northern and Southern sections.
All ties will be played the week commencing August 12, with selected matches live on Sky Sports.
