Bartley has played in every single Sky Bet Championship fixture for the Baggies this season, forming a formidable partnership with Semi Ajayi, which has helped Albion to accumulate 39 points from their opening 18 league games.
Bartley has been nominated alongside Jarrod Bowen (Hull), Matty Cash (Nottingham Forest), Aleksander Mitrovic (Fulham), Brice Samba (Nottingham Forest) and Jed Wallace (Millwall).
The Award is decided by football fans across the globe, and voting ends on Wednesday at 8am.
