Baggies spread Christmas cheer at Sandwell Hospital

18th December

Albion’s first-team stars helped spread some Christmas cheer at Sandwell Hospital on Tuesday afternoon - continuing a tradition that dates back at least 88 years.

Charlie Austin, Sam Johnstone, Matt Phillips and Gareth Barry handed out presents and smiled for selfies with children on Lindon Ward.

It is a Baggies Christmas tradition that dates back to at least 1931 when our FA Cup winners (pictured in the gallery above) visited the hospital which is located just a couple of miles from The Hawthorns.
