Albion Women seal title

Albion have been crowned FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands champions to complete an emphatic double following a 7-0 victory at home to Steel City Wanderers.

Louis Sowe’s side are nine points clear with two games remaining, meaning they cannot be caught and have therefore sealed promotion back to the third tier at the first attempt.

It completes a whirlwind seven days with the Baggies having already secured the FA Women’s National League Plate last weekend.
