DARREN Moore has overseen a “vibrant” group at Palm Training Ground during the international interval as his side look to consolidate a superb victory over Leeds United.
Albion put four past one of the Championship pace-setters before November's two-week break brought a halt to league proceedings.
Far from hampering the Throstles' progress, Darren says time away from the cut and thrust of first-team action has allowed him to work his buoyant squad ahead of Friday Night Football at Portman Road.
"The players' voices have been good this week," he nodded.
"They've been vibrant.
"It was a good performance in the last game but it's one not to rest on.
"We've got another important game and we're looking to continue the form that we've shown.
"When you've got near to a full-strength squad it helps to implement ideas.
"You're able to build shapes, formations, understanding.
"Having a clear week helps create dynamics to the play you want to take into the coming period."
Moore's men are yet to take three points from a game immediately after the international break, something that the gaffer wants to address as soon as possible.
Darren added: "You never want to come off a break and hit bad form.
"Nor do you want to do it during the season but that's the industry we're in.
"We hit a slight dip in form but we've been working extremely hard to play at our full potential.
"We have to keep that belief, energy and that style of play going to make sure that bad run doesn't happen again."
