WATFORD have confirmed they are taking all necessary measures to ensure Saturday’s Premier League clash with Albion will go ahead (ko 3pm).
Less than an inch of snow had fallen at Vicarage Road as of Thursday lunchtime - but further inclement weather is forecast.
The Hornets are working with their matchday partners to ensure the stadium, along with pathways and roads in its vicinity, are safe. Supporters are advised to wrap up warm and allow extra time for travel in view of the likely cold conditions.
Once inside the stadium, fans can expect matchday staff to assist with requests as usual. In addition, staff will be monitoring opportunities to move supporters in uncovered seats to any unused seats elsewhere.
Supporters who have purchased tickets for this fixture are advised they remain valid for a rearranged date should this become necessary.
